The Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality says planned maintenance at the Lorraine electricity substation will continue on Friday (25 October).
Spokesperson Kupido Baron says maintenance will be from 6 am- 6 pm.
All areas fed from Lorraine substation will be affected.

Baron says only if weather conditions do not only for work to continue it will be moved to Saturday.
All electrical installations should be treated as live for the duration of the outage.
