Mystery surrounds Garden Route shooting

Mystery surrounds the circumstances in which a man in his sixties shot himself in his Hartenbos home shortly after he allegedly wounded two men at a business premises in Voorbaai.

Police said the shooting happened on Sunday.

A spokesperson said one man was wounded in the leg and the other was shot in the arm.

Police said the man fled the scene and later committed suicide.

Members of the Da Gamaskop police are investigating the incident.
