Humewood detectives in Gqeberha are searching for the next of kin of a woman whose body was discovered on Hobie Beach between the restaurant complex and Happy Valley on Monday night.
The woman believed to be about 30 years old, had a visible head wound, believed to be that of a gunshot.
Police spokesperson Captain Andre Beetge said the body was discovered at 8 pm.
According to Beetge, a murder case was opened.
The woman was wearing a black Adidas tracksuit with white stripes along the side, a brown leather jacket, and black All-Star sneakers.
