Police in Port Elizabeth are investigating a case of murder after the body of an unknown man was found on the side of the road leading to Blue Horizon Bay.
Spokesperson Colonel Priscilla Naidu says a motorist noticed the body at 8 am on Tuesday morning.
The man sustained multiple stab wounds on his head and his hands and feet were bound.
Police suspect that his body was dumped after he was murdered.
Naidu says the victim was a coloured man in his mid to late twenties with a tattoo on his head.
