Motorcyclist killed on N2 near George

A 24-year-old motorcyclist was killed following a collision with a vehicle on the N-2 at Kaaimans Pass near George on Wednesday night.

ER24's Ineke van Huyssteen says the man was found lying about 10 meters from his motorbike.

She says paramedics declared him dead at the scene.

Van Huyssteen says the driver of the vehicle sustained no injuries.

Authorities are investigating the cause of the accident.
