Motorcyclist killed in accident near George

A motorcyclist has been killed in an accident in the Outeniqua Pass near George.

According to police, a preliminary investigation suggests that the man lost control of his motorcycle and collided with a barrier on Friday afternoon.

He was declared dead at the scene.

His identity is unknown and George police have opened an inquest docket.
