More than 5000 bikers are expected to attend the 2017 Buffalo Rally in Mossel Bay.
Chairperson for the Nomads Motorcycle Club, Luderick Jacoby, says bikers have been gathering at the De Bakke Santos Resort since Friday.
The Buffalo rally gives the Mossel Bay economy an estimated boost of R15 million.
Jacoby says a mass ride through the town will take place on Saturday morning, starting from The Point.
Bikers then travel on the N2, through KwaNonqaba before returning to the campsite.
Jacoby says there will be awards for the oldest biker and the biker who travelled the longest distance to the rally on the smallest bike.
The rally will continue until Monday.
