Mossel Bay minors in court for gang rape caught on camera

Four minors appeared in the Mossel Bay Regional Court on Thursday on nine charges of rape. 

The Mossel Bay Family Violence Child Protection and Sexual Offences Unit arrested the boys in March 2013, after the unit received video footage of what appears to be a gang rape on a 16 year old girl. 

The suspects recorded the rape of the victim on a cell phone. 

The boys were released into the care of their parents and will appear in court again soon.
