Mossel Bay police have arrested one of three suspects in connection with the rape of a 21-year-old woman in Asla Park this weekend.
According to the police, three men in their twenties, raped the victim in a field near Kwanonqaba on Saturday night.
The victim told the police that she was walking home at around ten o clock, when the men grabbed her from behind and took turns in raping her throughout the night.
Police have since arrested a 22-year-old suspect in Kwanonqaba.
The other two men are still at large.
The suspect will appear in the Mossel Bay Magistrate's Court on Tuesday on a charge of rape.
