The majority of the baby seals that were washed out on Mossel Bay beaches have since been relocated to seal island near Mossel Bay.
More than 350 baby seals have been saved after they washed up on beaches due to heavy sea conditions. Many seal pups were also found dead.
Bayview, Hartenbos and Diaz beach are still being patrolled and a temporary emergency station has been set up at the Mossel Bay harbour.
The local SPCA has warned holiday makers and residents not to take the animals home but to report their location to local life savers.
The seals will then be taken to the emergency station and released on seal island.
