DA parliamentary leader, Lindiwe Mazibuko, will walk in solidarity with Eastern Cape learners, many of whom have to walk up to 10 kilometres a day to get to school.
Mazibuko will be accompanied by DA national spokesperson, Musi Maimane, MP Annette Lovemore and Eastern Cape MPL, Edmund van Vuuren.
The DA says Mazibuko will lead her colleagues on a walk of solidarity to highlight the scholar transport problem facing many Eastern Cape learners.
The DA solidarity walk will start at 6am Friday morning outside Queenstown.
