A police docket containing evidence of alleged grave tampering by Nelson Mandela's grandson Mandla Mandela has been handed to prosecutors in Mthatha.
National Prosecuting Authority spokesperson, Luxolo Tyali, says a decision on whether or not to prosecute will be made this week.
The charges were laid against Mandla by several family members who won a court order for the remains of three of Mandela's children to be returned to Qunu.
This, after Mandla removed the remains in 2011 to Mvezo where he is chief.
