She says according to information at their disposal, the victim, Dawet Aleme phoned his friends to assist him with his VW Jetta, which had broken down.
Four men driving a Kia, arrived at the BUCO parking lot at about 5 pm to assist Aleme when a white Nissan NP200 bakkie arrived with four suspects.

His two friends also sustained gunshot wounds and were taken to hospital for treatment.
