Gqeberha police are investigating the murder of a 30-year-old man who was shot dead in an apparent drive-by shooting in Booysens Park this morning.
Captain Andre' Beetge said Kashif Sulton was driving in a bakkie with his 31-year-old wife when he was attacked.
He said a vehicle pulled up alongside Sulton's bakkie on Nooitgedaght Road when shots were fired at him
Beetge said he was fatally wounded while his wife escaped unharmed.
A police patrol came across the hysterical woman at the scene.
The motive for the shooting is not yet known and the two suspects in the bakkie remain at large.
