Man gunned down by seven suspects at his home in Malabar in GQ

Police in Gqeberha are searching for seven suspects who gunned down a man in his house in Malabar.

Spokesperson Captain Andre Beetge says shortly after midnight the suspects gained entrance to a flatlet at a house in Agapanthus Street looking for the victim.

He says the female tenant informed them that he lived in the main house, but by then he had tried to escape through a bathroom door.

Beetge says he was shot several times in the head.

The suspects fled the scene in a white bakkie.

Police identified the victim as 31-year-old Molaleh Ereulo.
