Police in Despatch are investigating a case of murder after the body of a 34-year old man was found in the doorway of his house in Khayamnandi on Sunday.
Spokesperson, Captain Gerda Swart, said Thembalandile Haas was found with multiple gunshot wounds at about 8 o clock in the evening.
His neighbours are believed to have heard multiple shots being fired before his body was discovered.
Swart said the motive for his murder is not clear at this point and detectives are busy following up on various leads.
