The Makana Municipality says the city's water supply shortly be fully restored after June when a new pump is installed at the treatment works.
That's the word from acting municipal manager, Mandisi Planga.
Speaking on the DMB on Algoa FM on Monday, he said they have short and medium term goals to keep the water supply regular following months of intermittent supply to large parts of the city of Saints.
"We have purchased a new pump which we will get sometime in June because it still needs to be designed and manufactured. We are hoping by that time we have arrested the situation." said Planga
