The son of a well known drug smuggler in East Londen was arrested in Duncan Village in the early hours of Monday morning.
Police Captain Stephen Marais says the 39 year old man was followed by members of Crime Intelligence and the dog unit before his arrest.
Police confiscated 190 kg of dagga with a street value of R200 000.
The man will appear in court on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, a 52 year old man will appear in court today after he was arrested on Saturday.
The suspect will be charged with possession and dealing in Mandrax
