Lovedale FET Ccollege in King William's Town remain closed on Monday as staff continue to fear for their safety following a violent student protest last week.
One hundred and fifty students who were arrested last week on charges of public violence appeared in court Monday where they were released without being charged.
The protest reportedly started last Wednesday when students learnt that they would not be receiving full bursaries from the National Student Financial Aid Scheme.
Lovedal principal Daniel Gofe, says a meeting scheduled for today where the student financial aid scheme was to be explained to them has been postponed to Friday.
He says the students are unhappy with the way the National Student Financial Aid Scheme is disbursed.
