Grahamstown police have arrested two men, aged 20 and 30, for the posession of dagga valued at R16,000.
Police spokesperson, Captain Mali Govender, said police were conducting a stop-and-search operation on the N2 on Thursday afternoon.
In one case, a minibus was stopped and the occupants asked to identify and remove their luggage, but two bags remained unclaimed.
Other passengers pointed out who's bags they were, and the suspects were arrested after police found the dagga.
