Knysna police are appealing for help in tracking down the driver of a white Isuzu bakkie involved in a hit and run accident in which a local was killed.
Police spokesperson, constable Chris Spies, says the accident happened last Friday on the N-2 when 52-year-old Daniel Pienaar of Hornlee was killed.
He says the driver of the bakkie fled the scene.
Spies says anyone who can assist in tracking down the driver should contact Knysna police.
