Christmas will come a little earlier for 100 less privileged families in the OR Tambo District of the Eastern Cape.
Premier, Noxolo Kiviet, will present them with gift vouchers as part of her annual Christmas cheer.
The premier has also called on the Eastern Cape public to share with the less fortunate during this time.
Kiviet's office says 100 families per district will receive a R500 gift voucher as well as a food parcel from the SA Social Security Agency.
