Advocate Stanley Khanyile has been re-appointed to head the Eastern Cape’s Local Government and Traditional Affairs Department as its Superintendent General.
The department says in a statement the former Legal Advisor to the late Sicelo Shiceka will lead the Local Government department's administration for the next five years.
MEC, Mlibo Qoboshiyane, says Khanyile's re-appointment must inspire him to ensure top-drawer performance to improve the lives of the province's people through effective, clean and responsive administration.
