K9 unit finds missing body

 The Police Search and Rescue K9 team at Uitenhage has found the body of 27-year-old, Andile Sigwanda, who went missing last Sunday the 18th of August after he allegedly jumped into the water canal in Moses Mabida in Kirkwood.

Several attempts were conducted prior to his recovery, but with no success.

Sigwandas body was found under some rubble in the canal on Sunday.

Kirkwood police have opened an inquest docket.
