The Port Elizabeth High Court will hand down judgment on Friday in the trial of a man accused of raping his 21 month old baby boy.
The 25-year-old man is also charged with raping the child's mother at their home in Kleinskool in December 2011.
He has pleaded not guilty to both charges.
Meanwhile, judgment is also expected today in the trial of a Uitenhage man who allegedly ordered the killing of 22-year-old rugby player, Chauvandre Mintoor.
Twenty-eight-year-old Eugene Steenkamp was charged with murder for ordering Mintoor's murder over a long-standing feud.
The shooter, Benedict Swart, has already been jailed for life.
