Judgement in the bail hearing of controversial Nigerian Pastor Tim Omotoso will be delivered on Friday.
The bail hearing of the Jesus Dominion International Church Pastor concluded in the Port Elizabeth Magistrate's late last month.
Omotoso has been in custody for more than a month, following his dramatic arrest in the arrivals hall of Port Elizabeth's airport.
The 58 year old Pastor is facing 22 charges of human trafficking and sexual violence.
The previous court proceedings mainly centred on the legality of his travel documents with defence attorney, Alfonso Hattingh, opposing immigrantion officer, Ivan Klaasen's, testimony that Omotoso was in the country ilegally.
Meanwhile, two men are due to apply for bail in East London on Friday following their arrest in connection with the murders of two women whose decomposing bodies were found in unit 6 in Mdantsane last Wednesday.
The men, who are both in their thirties, are also been linked to the rape of a schoolgirl in the area.
The state indicated that it would be opposing bail on the basis that the pair are a potential flight risk and that their lives could be in danger.
Angry community members had earlier beaten up a man they suspected of being behind the killing of the two women.
