The body of the woman was found under a bridge in Sandton near the M1 highway on Wednesday.
Fourteen people died initially after they were swept away by flash floods during a baptism ritual near Bramley Park.
It is understood that a group of 30 churchgoers were attending the ceremony when a storm hit over the weekend.
Emergency services spokesperson Robert Mulaudzi says a three-month-old baby remains missing and the search for the infant resumed early on Thursday.
