Self-confessed dagga-smoking AbaThembu King, Buyelekhaya Dalindyebo says he is not perturbed by being constantly associated with the illegal smoke.
He says he is a Rastafarian by nature, and smoking dagga is a cultural behaviour.
He made the remarks to reporters at the Union Buildings in Pretoria on Wednesday.
The outspoken king said former president Nelson Mandela was "looking good".
He visited Madiba at the Medi-Clinic Heart hospital in Pretoria on Tuesday.
