Humansdorp police find body of missing girl

The body of a six-year-old girl from Humansdorp has been found by police just a few hundred metres from her home.

Police spokesperson Priscilla Naidu said Anelisiwe Sous had been missing since Friday.
She lived with her family on a farm near Humansdorp.

Naidu said police suspected the child had been raped as some of her clothes were missing and there were also bruise marks around her neck.

Three teenage boys from a nearby community are being questioned by police but have not been charged.
