A suspect will appear in the Great Brak River court on Tuesday following an armed robbery at a house in Glentana.
Police spokesperson, Sergeant Chantelle Marais says the incident took place in Seekat Street in the early hours of Friday morning.
She said three men held the held the victim at gunpoint and fled with jewellery and electrical equipment.
Marais says police found the suspects on the R102 road where a shootout ensued.
She said one suspect was arrested while the other two managed to evade arrest. It's not known if anyone had been hit.
The search for them is continuing.
