Port Elizabeth police say a 25 year old man has died after being stabbed by a suspected thief.
Police spokesperson, captain Johan Rheeder, says the victim had chased after the suspect who snatched a woman's purse in Rink Street, Central.
He was stabbed in the neck and died at the scene.
The victim's name has not been released and no arrests have yet been made.
Meanwhile, Rheeder has released the name of the motorcyclist who died in a motorcycle accident at Fig Tree intersection on Sunday night.
He was 26-year-old Ryan Behr of Port Elizabeth.
Rheeder says his motorcycle and a small VW bus were involved in the collision.
