A dentist from George who was previously convicted of performing sexual acts on a minor boy will be back in the Thembalethu Regional Court on Tuesday.
This time 42-year-old Ian Venter is charged with contempt of court.
He was sentenced to four years correctional supervision in November 2014 for performing sexual acts on a minor.
But, he has hauled before the courts again for allegedly violating one of the conditions of his sentence which stated that he was not allowed to work with children.
Venter had allegedly been treating children at his dental practice while serving his sentence.
