A Gardener was killed in Midrand on Monday morning when a light aircraft crashed into a house in Vorna Valley.
A Spokesperson for Netcare 911 Shawn Herbst says the pilot also died.
Paramedics responded to a report about a serious aircraft crash in Albertyn Road at about 11.20 am.
Reports from the scene indicated that a small aircraft crashed into the residential garden.
Both victims were declared dead on the scene.
All the necessary authorities were summoned to the scene and the crash itself will now be investigated by the Civil Aviation Authority.
