Port Elizabeth police are investigating a case of murder after a 43-year old man was shot and killed infront of his family in Bloemendal.
Police spokesperson, Warrant Officer Alwin Labans says got home with his wife and children on Thursday night and parked in his driveway.
Labans says the man was allegedly approached by two men and told them to come back the next day.
He says as the man was helping his wife in the car he was shot in the head.
No arrests have been made.
Meanwhile, police are investigating an attempted murder following a shooting in Highfield road in Schauderville.
Labans says two men were walking from church on Thursday when suspects in a white Isuzu bakkie fired four shots at them.
A 23-year old man was shot in the left arm, he is disabled in his right arm.
No arrests have been made.
Police are looking at the possibility of both incidents to be gang related.
