Police in Port Elizabeth are investigating a case of murder after a taxi conductor (gaartjie) was stabbed at the entrance of the Cleary Park Shopping Centre.
Spokesperson Colonel Priscilla Naidu says three men driving a silver Chevy Spark, stopped at the Boxer entrance of the centre at 12.30 pm and walked into the mall.
She says an argument broke out with the 36-year-old "gaartjie" who was stabbed in the neck.
Colonel Naidu says the three men got back into their car and drove off.
The victim was identified as Deveral Hall from Timothy Valley.
