A fourth suspect who is being charged with the kidnapping of six-year-old Amy Leigh de Jager has made a second appearance in the Vanderbijlpark Magistrate's Court on Wednesday.
The 24-year-old Lesotho National Mohlomohi Bafokeng is accused of grabbing Amy Leigh in front of her school before fleeing in a white Fortuner vehicle.
The court heard on Wednesday that Bafokeng was in the country illegally and also did not live at the address he supplied to police.
The State, therefore, is opposing bail.
His case was postponed to the 11th of October for a formal bail application.
The other three accused, 27-year-old teacher and alleged mastermind Tharina Human, 40-year-old Laetitia Nel and 50-year-old Pieter van Zyl will appear on the same day for Judgment in their bail application.
Human and van Zyl indicated to court that they will be pleading not guilty to all the charges against them.
