A fourth person died in hospital following a motor vehicle accident in Uitenhage on Tuesday night.
Police Spokesperson, Warrant Officer Gerda Swart says three other people were killed just before midnight when a Toyota Avanza and a bus collided.
All the deceased were in the Avanza.
Swart says the bus drove straight into the Uitenhage Traffic Department in Cuyler street in the accident, causing damage to the building which included a number of broken windows..
