A foreign national has been murdered during a robbery at his spaza shop in Motherwell, Port Elizabeth.
Police spokesperson, Constable Mncedi Mbombo, says two men entered the container from which the 24-year-old Mozambican citizen was running a barber shop on Thursday afternoon.
They demanded money and stabbed him in the upper body.
He died at the scene.
Mbombo says an 18-year-old youth has been arrested, and he will appear in court on Monday.
Police are still searching for the other suspect.
