Foreign national killed in accident on R72

Port Alfred police are investigating a case of culpable homicide following a fatal accident on Sunday night.

Provincial traffic spokesperson, Charles Bramwell, said one person died and four others were injured when a vehicle overturned on the R72 between Port Alfred and Seafield.

He said the occupants were all foreign nationals.

This past weekend seven people died in two separate accidents on Eastern Cape roads.
