Five people have been killed in a major crash on the T26 gravel road near Lubala - which is approximately 40 kilometres from Lusikisiki in the Eastern Cape.
Traffic Law Enforcement Deputy Director Charles Bramwell says the precise cause of Monday's accident is being investigated.
He says the driver of the light delivery vehicle appears to have lost control and the LDV rolled.
