Faku re-elected in his post

ANC regional spokesperson, Zandisile Qupe says current regional chairperson, Nceba Faku, has been re-elected in his post at the party's regional elective conference being held at St Albans Correctional Centre outside Port Elizabeth.

He says his opponent, the Metro's executive mayor, Zanoxolo Wayile was disqualified, after he left the conference before the election.

The conference, which started on Friday, runs until Sunday.
