A brother and his sister from Mossel Bay died in a freak accident when they allegedly fell out of their golf cart this week.
The accident happened at a local golf estate on Wednesday.
Police say the 86-year-old man, his wife, whose age is unknown, and his 91-year-old sister were driving in a golf cart on rough terrain when the incident happened.
The man and his sister both sustained serious injuries and were taken to a hospital in George.
The sister died shortly after the incident and her brother died in hospital on Thursday.
