Grahamstown police are searching for two men who attacked and robbed a 70-year-old woman in her home on Tuesday.
Police spokesperson, captain Mali Govender, says the woman was tied up by two men in green overalls and left in the bathroom of her home.
They ransacked the house and fled in the elderly woman's late model VW Jetta.
Govender says the woman, who has been severely traumatised, managed to free herself and raise the alarm.
