Elderly EC man in court for drug dealing

A 61-year old man will appear in the Mdantsane Magistrates court tomorrow on a charge of dealing in dagga.

Police Spokesperson Sibongile Soci says police received information from the public about a house that is dealing with dagga.

Police proceeded to the house and confiscated ten bags of dagga with a street value of 60 thousand rand.

Police thanked members of the community for sharing valuable information and encourage them to report any criminal activities.
