Heavy rains in East London have claimed a life of a 5 year old boy.
The boy drowned as he tried to cross a flooded walkway in Duncan Village on Wednesday afternoon.
Police spokesperson Captain Stephen Marais says he was found by passers by and an inquest docket has been opened.

Several cases of over flooded roads have been reported with the Cambridge subway being closed.
