EL boy dies in freak accident

East London Police have opened an inquest docket following the death of a teenage boy at the Amalinda KFC .

Police spokesperson Captain Mluleki Mbi, says a rack stacked with 12 kg bags of flour fell on the boy earlier on Monday. 

Captain Mbi said the loaded rack was being offloaded from a truck at the fast food outlet at the time of the accident. 

The boy died at the scene.

His name will be released once his next of kin have been informed.
