This after the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa upheld the SABC's decision not to flight the EFF advert, saying it may be perceived as condoning or lending support to unlawful acts.
SABC spokesperson, Kaizer Kganyago, says they rejected the EFF advert because it contravened a section of the regulations on party election broadcasts.
He says the EFF advert, which can be viewed on Youtube, contained words which were likely to provoke or incite unlawful, illegal or criminal acts.
