The EFF and its leader Julius Malema lost another two cases brought against them by Afriforum in the North Gauteng High Court on Wednesday.
The party can now lose office equipment including computers if the sheriff carries out the order to auction them off.
Malema and his party have also been ordered to pay costs.
The cost orders stem from five lawsuits dating back to 2017 where Afriforum tried to obtain an interdict to prevent Malema and his party to incite people to occupy land illegally.
AfriForum obtained a warrant on the 1st of November to seize movable assets of Malema and the EFF to pay an owed amount of R337,758.68.
On Tuesday Afriforum received an amount of R126 703,59 but was informed that the party would file opposing papers to challenge the outstanding amount, which they never did.
CEO Kallie Kriel indicated after proceedings that he was willing to negotiate with Malema's legal team and that they would not immediately issue directives to the sheriff to attach their office furniture.
