A 21-year-old Eastern Cape woman who alleged that her brother had been raping her since the age of seven, has stabbed the 40-year-old man to death.
Police spokesperson, Captain Jackson Manatha, said the stabbing incident happened in a village near Dutywa on Monday.
He says the woman's 40-yer-old brother sustained several stab wounds to the upper body.
Manatha said the woman had claimed that her brother had been raping her for years but added that no case was opened with the police.
She is due in court today on a charge of murder.
