UPDATE: The child was found unharmed with friends.
Police at Zwelitsha, King William's Town are asking for the assistance of the public in finding a 13-year-old boy Bubele Myokwana who went missing from his home on Saturday.
It is alleged that the child was left alone in his home at Zone 8, Zwelitsha by his mother.
The mother went out to assist her friend that had a motor vehicle breakdown in the area.
When she came back her son was missing.
He was last seen wearing his pyjamas ( red bottom and navy top).
Police were notified and were not able to find him.
The search will continue on Monday with the assistance of Search and Rescue Unit members.
Anyone who can shed light on his disappearance is asked to contact the Zwelitsha police.
